Being socially distant doesn’t have to be emotionally distant. Do something for someone in need today. Look around, you will find need in your communities, among friends, in your neighborhoods. Give!!

During this difficult time for all of us. Find hope in knowing that this will make us all stronger. We need to keep the light of hope. Don’t be dismayed. Find strength. Lean on each other. Use this time to remember what is important. Together we have more power.
Don’t allow your mistakes to lead you to self doubt. Learn the lesson and trust again.
Your own voice matters more than the voice of others. Listen to it!
